Our President:

Beverly Dyck Thomassian, RN, BC-ADM, MPH, CDE Author, Nurse, Educator and Clinician, has specialized in diabetes management for the past eighteen years. She has been awarded board certification in Advanced Diabetes Management; is Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF; and has been published in the American Journal of Nursing, NurseWeek, Progress for Cardiovascular Nursing, Stanford Nurse and the Japanese Journal of Nursing.

  • Assistant Clinical Professor in Department of Physiological Nursing, UCSF
  • A diabetes educator in the outpatient and inpatient setting for over 18 years
  • Taken the CDE exam 4 times (every 5 years over 18 years) and has passed with flying colors each time

  • Celebrating 10 years as President and Founder of Diabetes Educational Services
