Making a Difference Scholarship

 Are you a health care professional fueled by a passion to improve diabetes care? Are you forward looking and actively inspiring others to build a healthier community? If yes, you are invited to apply for a complimentary course registration scholarship for the Diabetes Educator Course in Portland, Oregon on April 19-21, 2012. Applications are due by March 2, 2012.

The Award Winner will be announced in our March newsletter and is invited to do a brief presentation on their work and vision at the Diabetes Ed course.
Last year's recepient, Susan Stauffer with her teenage son who has Type 1 Diabetes.  "He is my inspiration."
